Overview

Nakroteck sells web hosting, domain names, WordPress hosting, VPS servers, and a no-code website builder to businesses across Ghana. The company needed a public website that could explain a wide product range clearly, put local pricing and local support front and centre, and send visitors into checkout without friction. SmartQix designed and built the site from the ground up, from brand direction and page structure through to a responsive front end tuned for the mobile-heavy Ghanaian audience.

The challenge

Six product lines, each with its own plans and pricing, had to fit into one site without overwhelming a first-time buyer. The most common questions (is there local support, can I pay in cedis, will you migrate my site) needed answers before the pricing table, not after it. And because most Ghanaian traffic arrives on a phone over mobile data, every page and every plan comparison had to work on a narrow screen first.

What we built

We built the site around one idea: get your business online today, with a team you can actually talk to. A single hero leads into three clear paths (build a website, find a domain, bring an existing site), then hosting, domains, WordPress, VPS, and the builder each get a focused page with a plan comparison that reflows to a single column on phones. Every price carries a pay-in-cedis note, the local phone number and 24/7 support promise sit in the top bar, and a free website health check gives visitors a reason to engage before they buy. The front end is server-rendered for speed, with a small amount of JavaScript for the domain search, mobile navigation, and chat.
