Every project includes 30 days of support. After that, many clients keep us on a monthly IT support plan, so there is always someone to call when something breaks or the team grows.
Usually not. Most businesses are well served by Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, an accounting system such as SikaBooks in Ghana, and a few well-connected tools. When something genuinely does not fit, our software team can build it, and we will tell you plainly when that is worth doing.
