These terms apply to your use of smartqix.com, run by Smartqix LLC and Smartqix Limited (together “SmartQix”, “we” or “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a signed proposal or contract. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

Using the site

You may browse the site, share links to it, and contact us through it. You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms others;
• try to get into parts of the site or our systems that are not meant for you, or interfere with how they work;
• send spam, malicious code, or misleading information through the contact form;
• copy the site's content in bulk, or collect it automatically in a way that puts load on the site, except by search engines that respect our robots file.

Our content and trademarks

The text, design, graphics, and code of this site, and the SmartQix name and logo, belong to SmartQix or are used with permission. You may quote small parts with a link back to the page, but you may not reuse our content or branding as your own.

Case studies and client work

Our case studies describe projects we have delivered. Client names, logos, websites, apps, and screenshots belong to their owners and appear with their permission or as a record of our work. Results and timelines describe those projects and are not a promise of results for yours.

Information on the site

We keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is general information about our services, not an offer. A proposal or price only binds either of us once it has been agreed in writing.

Links to other websites

The site links to websites we do not run, including client sites and social media. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, and disputes about them are handled by the courts of Franklin County, Ohio, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
