Malaura Homes

Overview

Malaura Homes is a real estate development firm in Abuakwa-Kumasi, Ghana, operating since 2012. It builds and sells homes, manages rentals and leases, values property, and runs Airbnb management for owners. SmartQix designed and built the company website as a single scrolling page that introduces the firm, shows the kind of homes it offers, explains its services, and makes contact easy from any point on the page.

The challenge

A property developer sells trust before it sells houses. Visitors want to see real homes, understand whether the firm can help them rent, buy, or build, and reach a person quickly. The client needed a site they could keep updated themselves without a developer, with photography doing most of the work and no complex listings system to maintain.

What we built

We built the site on WordPress with Elementor so the Malaura team can edit copy, swap photos, and add sections without touching code. The single page moves from "Discover Your New Home" through three ways the firm helps, a rentals gallery, the homeownership story, the company background, a portfolio for buyers, owners, offers, and sellers, and a services block covering building projects, sales, leasing, valuation, and Airbnb management. Testimonials sit before the closing call to action and a contact block with phone, email, and the Kumasi address. Anchor navigation keeps the whole story on one page, and the layout reflows cleanly for phones.
