How much does a custom web application cost?
Our web applications typically range from $5,000 to $50,000 depending on scope, complexity, and integrations. We provide a fixed-price proposal within 48 hours of your discovery call - no ambiguous hourly billing.
How long does a typical project take?
Most projects take 6 to 16 weeks from kickoff to launch. A marketing website can be done in 3 to 4 weeks. A full SaaS platform with AI features typically takes 3 to 4 months. We will give you a realistic timeline in your proposal.
Do you work with US and Ghana-based clients?
Yes. We have offices in Columbus, Ohio and Accra, Ghana. We work with clients across the US, West Africa, and the UK. Our team bridges both markets - if you are building for Ghana, we understand the local payment landscape, mobile money, and regulations.
What is your development process?
We work in two-week sprints. You get a staging environment from day one, weekly progress updates, and a dedicated team from kickoff to launch - no handoffs. Our five-step process: Discovery Call -> Scope & Proposal -> Build & Iterate -> Launch -> Ongoing Support.
Can you integrate AI into my existing product?
Absolutely. We run 19 AI agents internally across our own operations. We can add AI chatbots, workflow automation, document analysis, or multi-agent systems to existing platforms. We have done this for clients across e-commerce, legal, education, and healthcare verticals.
What happens after launch?
Launch is not goodbye. We offer optional retainer support for bug fixes, feature additions, and monitoring. Many of our clients have been with us since 2016. You also receive full documentation and source code handover.
